No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the mystery and surprise nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please read all product details below carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, reach out before you buy!
Product Details
- ✦First scoop is guaranteed minimum of 25 items; First scoop of an add on scoop is guaranteed minimum 15 items, could be more (likely will be). All orders will receive freebie items. May be extra items from the scoop list. May be alternate items not listed.
- ✦BOY option will not include any items with GIRL marked next to them. It may be swapped or replaced based on item availabilities at time of scooping. If something is not available it may be left out.
- ✦At this time if you want to order more than 3 scoops you must message me first so I can check inventory availability and make sure I can fulfill your request.
- ✦Everything comes from a SMOKE FREE environment!!!!!!! Cat and dog friendly. Cleaning and sanitizing efforts are made daily in the shop accordingly. My items are not considered allergy free.
- ✦Each scoop is RANDOM!! Item styles may change without notice. The categories will stay the same. I may swap or substitute items if you get "too many" of the same, if I am out of a particular item category or as I see fit at time of scooping to give better variety.
- ✦If you DO NOT want any swaps/substitutions and just prefer items exactly as scooped please let me know in the comments, personalization or message me right away. This comes with understanding that items you do not want (dislikes requested not to be had) will be left out & not swapped, replaced or substituted. I have no problem doing this for you. You'll still get my extras of course.
- ✦There is a limit of 3 item category dislikes/don't want. More are not guaranteed, will do my best. Tell me all about your color preferences and things you love =) Requests for specific items are not accepted but passed along to Management and his decisions are out of my control.
- ✦I will not delay shipping your order for a video to be posted. I make every effort to have them up before your box arrives. Depending on the number of orders I am receiving it is possible the video gets posted shortly after delivery. Videos are posted to TikTok or Facebook.
